3 Carrots; chopped
2 tb Rice vinegar
1/4 c Tomato sauce
1/4 c Sherry
1 tb Oyster sauce
1 ts Sugar
2 tb Chopped peanuts
12 oz Cooked vermicelli

Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in Crock Pot. Cover; cook on Low
8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours). Serve over noodles. May be doubled for
5 quart models. 6 servings
