Title: Oriental Casserole Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/2 lb Hamburger or ground turkey 1 sm Onion, chopped 1/2 c Chopped celery 1 cn (small) sliced water -chestnuts, drained and -liquid reserved 1 cn (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, -drained and liquid reserved 2/3 c Raw rice (measure dry) 1 ts Salt 1 ts Pepper 1/3 c Soy sauce Brown hamburger, onion, and celery in a skillet; drain off fat. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, rice, salt, pepper, and soy sauce sauce to hamburger mixture. Add enough water to reserved liquids to make 2 cups. Stir into hamburver mixture.
