1 c White wine
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 ts Ginger
Salt
Pepper

Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning
occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste.
