Title: Oven Barbecued Chicken Categories: Poultry Yield: 1 Servings -Cooking oil 3 To 4 pounds chicken pieces 1/3 c Chopped onion 3 tb Butter or margarine 3/4 c Ketchup 1/3 c Vinegar 3 tb Brown sugar 1/2 c Water 2 ts Prepared mustard 1 tb Worcestershire 1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet; fry chicken until browned. Drain; place chicken in a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. In a saucepan, saut onion in butter until tender; stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes Pour over chicken.
