Title: Oven Chicken Reuben Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 Chicken breasts, split, -skinned and boned 1/4 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1 cn (16 oz.) sauerkraut, -well-drained 4 sl Swiss cheese 1 1/4 c Thousand Island salad -dressing 1 tb Chopped parsley Place chicken in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper or other spices. Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
