1 Fryer; cut up
3/4 Stick butter
1 1/2 -(up to)
2 c Biscuit mix
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Paprika

Melt butter in pan large enough to hold chicken. Combine dry ingredients in
bag, put chicken in bag and shake. Place in pan. Cook, uncovered, at 375
for 1 hour or until done. Turn after 30 minutes.
