Title: Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

1 cn (15oz) salmon, drained &
Flaked
1 c Fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c Minced scallions
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Beat egg with fork in med bowl. Add remaining ingredients & mix until
well blended. Shape into 8 patties. Place on sheet & bake 10-12
minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.

1 large egg or whites from 2 large eggs
