Oven Sesame Chicken
Title: Oven Sesame Chicken Categories: Bisquick® Yield: 6 Servings 1 tb Margarine or butter 1 c Bisquick baking mix 1/4 c Sesame seed 1 ts Salt 2 tb Milk 1 tb Prepared mustard; (1 to 2) 1 Egg 2 1/2 lb Broiler-fryer chicken; cup -up, up to 3 1/2 2 tb Margarine or butter melted Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat 1 Tbsp. margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until melted. Mix baking mix, sesame seed and salt in shallow dish; reserve. Beat milk, mustard and egg in small bowl. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture. Place skin side up in pan. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. melted margarine. Bake until done, about 1 hour.
