Title: Oven Stew Categories: Main dish, Meats, Soups, Vegetables Yield: 12 Servings 2 lb Stew meat 1/4 c Flour 1/4 c Oil 1 Clove minced garlic 1/2 c Chili sauce 28 oz Sliced stewed tomatoes 1 Large onion sliced & Seperat 2 c Celery-large pieces 4 Potatoes-cut in 1" cubes 2 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Lemon juice 1 Salt & pepper as needed Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch oven. Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325* for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
