Oven Teriyaki Chicken
Title: Oven Teriyaki Chicken Categories: Poultry Yield: 4 Servings 1 Chicken; cut up 1/2 c Soy sauce 1/2 c Vinegar 1 Clove garlic; minced -----------------------------------SAUCE----------------------------------- 1/2 c Catsup 1/3 c Soy sauce 1 c Beer -or- 1/2 c Wine 1/3 c Sugar 1/4 ts Garlic powder 1/8 c Powdered ginger 1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce Marinate chicken with soy sauce, vinegar & garlic overnight. Place chicken in 300 oven for 30 minutes, covered, and an additional 15 minutes uncovered. Combine sauce ingredients & brush chicken with sauce throughout cooking time. After first 45 minutes of baking, increase temperature in oven to 375 & bake for 15 minutes more. Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients; simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.
