3 1/4 c Flour; French white
1 tb Gluten
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Salt
1 1/4 c Warm water

set machine (Welbilt R2D2 model) on french bread, manual

form dough into 6 or so blobs

bake at 375 deg F with either a pan of water in the oven or a bit of water
splashed on top of the blobs.
