Title: Overnight Spaghetti Fruit Salad Categories: Bobbie's, Not, Sent Yield: 8 Servings 2 Eggs; beaten 1/4 c Lemon juice 1/2 c Confectioner's sugar 1 c Spaghetti; broken/cooked 2 1/2 c Delicious Apples; diced 1/2 cn (20 oz.) crushed pineapple; -drained Combine eggs, lemon juice and confectioner's sugar. Cool. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti, Combine spaghetti, apple and pineapple. Pur on cooled egg mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for 24 hours. Just beflore serving and 1/2 package small marshmallows and 1/2 jar marachino cherries. Serves 8 .
