Title: Overnight Turkey Chili (No Beans) Categories: Main dish, Poultry Yield: 4 Servings 2 Turkey thighs, skinned 1 Onion -- chopped And cubed 1 Garlic, clove -- minced 8 oz Sliced tomatoes -- Undrained 1/4 c Cilantro leaves -- chopped 2 Green peppers -- seeded 1 tb Cocoa powder -- plain Chopped 2 ts Cumin seeds 3 Peppers, jalepeno -- Chopped 1/2 ts Ground cumin -- or 1 T chili Powder Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low heat.
