Title: Oyster Stuffed Hamburgers Categories: Beef Yield: 1 Servings 125 g Trimmed lean organic beef Preferably feather steak 2 ts Shallots, finely chopped -and trimmed; optional 1 ts Fresh herbs, finely -chopped; optional 1 pn Freshly ground black pepper Salt 4 Oysters; shelled 1 Bun Mince or finely chop the beef. Mix the meat with the shallots, herbs and pepper, and shape it into a firm patty shape, roughly the size of the bun, enclosing the oysters in the meat. Have the grill hot, or use a well-seasoned cast-iron or non-stick frying pan. Cook the hamburger on both sides until done to your liking. Lightly salt it and serve hot on a lightly toasted soft bap.
