Title: Pain De Mie for the Bread Machine

Yield: 1 Servings

2 ts Yeast
3 1/4 c Bread flour
3/4 c Semolina flour
2/3 c Nonfat dry milk
2 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Water
2 1/3 tb Granulated sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt

Combine all ingredients and process on the basic bread setting.
