Title: Papaya Habanero Salsa #1

Yield: 4 Servings

1 Ripe papaya
2 Limes
10 Habanero peppers
1 tb Chopped garlic
2 tb Honey
1 ts Chopped ginger
1/2 c Vineger (preservative)

Stem the peppers (leave the seeds :>), juice the limes, throw it all in a
blender until smooth, simmer in saucepan for 10 min, cool and refigerate.

Same basic recipe works for Mangos and I suppose if you don't like garlic
as much as I do, you could cut that back and be fine as well.

Great on chicken, pork or some kinds of fish.
