Title: Papaya Salsa

Yield: 3 Cups

1 Papaya, peeled, seeded and
-cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 Small red chili, seeded and
-finely chopped
1/2 c Chopped red onion
1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper
1/4 c Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tb Lime juice

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes or until
chilled.
