Title: Paprika Pork with Peppers Categories: Main dishes, Pork & ham Yield: 4 Servings 2 oz Butter 4 Pork loin chops; trimmed Salt Pepper 1 Cl Garlic; crushed 1/2 pt Vegetable stock 1/4 pt Dry white wine 1 ts Paprika 1 Red bell pepper; halved, Seeded, sliced 7 fl Creme fraiche Recipe by: Simply Delicious Preparation Time: 0:05 Melt butter in a large frying pan and fry chops for 3-4 mins until browned. Season. Add garlic, stock, wine and paprika. Cover and cook for 20 mins, turning chops once. Add sliced peppers and stir in cream fraiche. Simmer o low heat for 10 mins until chops are cooked. |
