Title: Paradise Pumpkin Cheesecake Categories: Cheesecakes Yield: 12 Servings ------------------------------PATTI - VDRJ67A------------------------------ -----------------------------------CRUST----------------------------------- 1 c Graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c Nuts; finely chopped 1/4 c Margarine; melted 1/2 ts Ginger --------------------------------CHEESE LAYER-------------------------------- 8 oz Cream cheese 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Vanilla 1 Egg -------------------------------PUMPKIN LAYER------------------------------- 16 oz Pumpkin; canned 5 oz Evaporated milk 1/2 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Ginger 1/2 ts Nutmeg 1/2 ts Salt ----------------------------------TOPPING---------------------------------- 1/3 c Margarine 1 c Brown sugar 1 c Walnuts; chopped Combine all crust ingredients. Press into bottom of 9" springform pan. Combine all cheese layer ingredients. Pour over crust. Combine all pumpkin layer ingredients. Pour over cream cheese layer.
