Parmesan Herb Bread
Title: Parmesan Herb Bread Categories: Not, Sent Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 c Biscuit/baking mix 1 Egg; beaten 1/4 c Apple juice 1/4 c Milk 1 tb Dried minced onion 1 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Dried oregano 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese --------------------------------HERB BUTTER-------------------------------- 1/2 c Butter beans; softened 1 Clove garlic bulbs; minced 2 tb Minced fresh parsley or 2 -tsp dried 1 ts Dried basil -------------------------------TOMATO BUTTER------------------------------- 1/2 c Butter; softened 4 ts Tomato paste 1 ds Cayenne In a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients just until blended. Spoon into a greased 9-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. In separte mixing bowls, combine herb butter and tomato butter ingredients; beat until smooth. Serve with warm bread.
