Title: Parmesan Meat Loaf

Yield: 1 Servings

1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 ts Garlic powder
3 Green onions; finely chopped
2 tb Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Bread crumbs
2 Egg whites

Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf. I then put the loaf in a
foil-lined baking pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Sometimes I
sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese on top of the loaf about 5 minutes
before I take it out, and let it melt in.

We like this with mashed potatoes, buttered carrots and a mixed green
salad.
