6 Hard-cooked eggs; grated
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley
8 sl Bacon
1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 -(up to)
1/2 ts Onion juice
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
Sliced bread

Cook & crumble bacon. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients. Add bacon &
spread on bread. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
