Title: Party Cheese-Lime Salad

Crocker CB 1980
2 c Cottage cheese -- creamed
3 c Boiling water
1 ts Onion -- finely chopped
2 pk (3oz)each lime jello
1 ts Green pepper -- finely
Chopped
1 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Cucumber -- coarsly chopped
1 ts Vinegar
1/2 c Celery -- coarsley chopped
1/2 ts Salt

Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Pour 1 cup of the gelatin
mixture into 8-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm.

Refrigerate remaining mixture until slightly thickened but not set; beat
with hand beater until light and fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients; pour
on gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on serving plate.
