Party Dip #1
Title: Party Dip #1 Categories: Dip Yield: 8 Servings 2 tb Butter or margarine 3 tb All-purpose flour 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Milk 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 c Catsup 1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce Melt butter or margarine in top of double boiler, electric skillet, or chafing dish. Blend in flour and salt. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to insure a smooth sauce. Blend in cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce and cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens. Yield: 2 cups. From of the 'Progressive Farmer Magazine'.
