2 lb Ground beef
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 Eggs
1 pk Potato pancake mix
3/4 c Matza meal
3/4 cn Tomato and mushroom sauce

Potato pancake mix. Mix with one egg, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon matza meal.
Mix meat with all ingredients, except pancake mix. mix well together. Roll
out 1/2 inch thick. Put potato pancake mix on top. Roll up like jelly roll.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour.
