Title: Pasta and Corn Salad Categories: Pasta, Salads Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Cooked macaroni 2 cn Corn, drained 1 c Celery, chopped 1 Green pepper, chopped 3/4 c Red onion, chopped 2 md Tomatoes, chopped 1 c Picante sauce 1/4 c Salad oil 1 tb Lime OR lemon juice 1 Clove garlic, minced 1/2 ts Oregano leaves 1/2 ts Salt Combine macaroni, corn, celery, green pepper, onion and tomatoes in large bowl. In a jar with a lid, combine picante sauce, salad oil, lime or lemon juice, garlic oregano and salt; shake to thoroughly combine. Pour over salad, toss and chill at least 3 hours.
