Title: Pasta-Artichoke Shrimp Salad Categories: Salad Yield: 8 Servings 2 c Tripolini or small sea shell -macaroni 1/3 c Chopped green onions 1/2 c Chopped celery 1 cn (8-oz) artichoke hearts; -quartered and drained 1 cn (4.5-oz) shrimp; drained and -rinsed 1/3 -(up to) 1/2 ts Curry powder 3/4 c Hellmann's mayonnaise 1/2 c Sour cream Capers for garnish Cook noodles as directed. Refresh and rinse immediately in cold water. Chill. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Adjust seasoning. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with capers.
