Title: Peach Upside-Down Cake Categories: Cakes Yield: 12 Servings 1/4 c Margarine; melted 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed firm 29 oz Peach slices in light -syrup; drained 3 md Eggs 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Peach juice 1 ts Vanilla 1 1/2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt Put melted margarine in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan and place paeches evenly around over brown sugar & margarine. Mix eggs, sugar, peachjuice, vanilla, flour, bakingpowder, & salt. Pour over peaches and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
