Title: Peach-Papaya Yogurt Smoothies

1 c Cold skim milk
1 c Vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 Peach; peeled, pitted, cut
-into chunks
1/2 Papaya; peeled, seeded, cut
-into chunks
2 pk "Sweet One" granulated sugar
-substitute

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Makes 3 servings, 1 cup each.

Per serving: 130 calories, 7g protein, 1g fat, 23g carbohydrate, 5mg
cholesterol, 93mg sodium

Diabetic exchange: 1 nonfat milk, 1/2 fruit
