Peaches and Cream Pancakes
Title: Peaches and Cream Pancakes Categories: Breakfast, Lu's recipe, Pancakes Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Bisquick® baking mix 1 lg Egg 2 tb Packed brown sugar 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon 1 cn Peach slices in juice; -drained 1/2 c Heavy cream; whipped 1. Beat all ingredients except peaches and whipping cream with a wire wisk or hand beater until well blended. 2. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. 3. Cook until pancakes are dry around the edges, turn over and cook until golden brown. 4. Top with peach slices and whipped cream.
