Title: Peachy Chicken Categories: Poultry, Main dish Yield: 6 Servings 3 lb Chicken, cut up 1 c Whole wheat flour 1 c White wine 1/2 c Butter 1/2 c Water 8 c Sliced peaches 1 c Chopped walnuts Roll chicken in flour; place in baking dish. Melt together wine, butter, and water; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add peaches and walnuts. Bake another 1/2 hour to finish.
