1 c Smooth peanut butter
1 c Granulated sugar -or-
1/2 c Granulated sugar -and-
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1 ds Salt

Preheat oven to 325ø. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Roll into
small balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Press
lightly with a fork to flatten. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Yield: 1-1/2
dozen.
