Title: Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

3/4 c Shortening
3/4 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Granulated sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt

Cream shortening, peanut butter, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add other
ingredients. Shape into rolls. Slice into 1/4 inch slices when chilled.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.

Makes 6-7 dozen
