Title: Peanut Chutney Roll Categories: Appetizer Yield: 8 Servings 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; -softened 1/2 c Chutney; minced 1/2 c Toasted almonds; chopped 1 tb Curry powder 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/2 c Unsalted dry-roasted -peanuts; minced Combine first 5 ingredients. Shape into a log. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 1 hour. Roll log in peanuts and chill overnight.
