Title: Penn Dutch Liver Cakes Categories: Beef, Penndutch Yield: 6 Servings 1 Egg, well beaten 1 lb Liver, ground Bacon, sliced 1 sm Onion, finely chopped 1 tb Flour Salt & pepper To the ground liver add the egg, flour, onion, and salt & pepper.
