Perfect Salmon Mold
Title: Perfect Salmon Mold Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Envelope unflavoured gelatin 1 c Undiluted Carnation 2% E. -milk 1 cn (7.5 oz) drained flaked -salmon 1 pk Softened cream cheese 1/4 c Mayo 3 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Chopped green onion 1 tb Chopped parsley 1/4 ts Salt Sprinkle gelatin over Carnation in small saucepan; let stand 1- min. to soften. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved; cool. Pour into blender container. Add salmon, ream cheese, Mayo, lemon juice, onion, parsley and salt. cover and blend until smooth.
