Title: Pesach Double Chocolate Muffins

Yield: 12 Servings

1/2 c Matzo cake meal
6 tb Potato starch
3/4 c Sugar
1 pk Vanilla sugar; or 1 tsp
-vanilla ext
1/4 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking powder; Pesach type
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Nonfat yogurt
2/3 c Skim milk
1 Egg; or 2 egg whites
3/4 c Chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust until combined.
Add chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15
minutes at 400F.
