Title: Peta Lentil Carrot Burgers Categories: Vegetarian Yield: 10 Servings 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped 1/4 c Grated carrots 1/4 c Water 3 c Cooked lentils; mashed 2 tb Fresh parsley; chopped 3 tb Tomato paste 3/4 c Bread crumbs Salt to taste Oil for frying Cook the onion and carrot in the water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain off excess water, then combine the onion and carrot with the remaining ingredients except oil.
