1 lb Presskopf - a type of
-headcheese
2 Bell peppers, green
1 lb Tomatoes; peeled and
-de-seeded
Onion
Parsley; chopped
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Vinegar
Oil

Cut the Presskopf and bell peppers in slices, cube the tomatoes and mix
both with the onion cubes, chopped parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar
and oil and garnish with parsley.
