Title: Pineapple Chicken - for the Holiday's

Yield: 1 Servings

3 lb Chicken peices (up to 3-1/2)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 cn (10 oz) consomme
1 cn (19 oz) pineabble chunks;
-drained
1/2 c Diced green pepper
1/2 c Diced red pepper
1 c Sliced mushrooms
3 tb Soya sauce.

Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lot's
of paprika. Add consomme.

Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple,
peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken
is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
