Title: Pineapple-Cottage Cheese Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1 lg Can crushed pineapple;
-drained
1 Box; (3 oz.) lemon pudding
2 lb Cottage cheese; small curd
1 lg Cool Whip®

Mix pineapple and instant pudding together. Stir in cottage cheese. Fold in
Cool Whip. Place in refrigarator to chill.
