Title: Pinwheel Cake and Cream Categories: Dessert Yield: 10 Servings 1 pk (4-serving size) Jell-O -instant pudding and pie -filling; French vanilla or -vanilla flavor 2 c Cold milk 1 c Thawed Cool Whip whipped -topping 1 ts Grated orange rind 1 sm Peach or nectarine; cut -into bite-size pieces 1 Pound cake loaf (about -12-oz); cut into slices 2 c Summer fruit (see note) PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peach. ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve. NOTE: We suggest any variety of berries, seedless grapes or sliced peaches, nectarines or plums.
