1/4 c Chopped nuts
1 Stick butter
1 1/2 c Flour

----------------------------------LAYER 2----------------------------------
8 oz Cream cheese
1 1/2 c Confectioner's sugar
1 tb Milk
1/2 c Cool Whip

----------------------------------LAYER 3----------------------------------
2 pk Instant pistacio pudding
3 c Milk

Mix CRUST LAYER 1 ingredients until crumbly. Press into pan and bake at
350 for 20 to 25 minutes.Cool.

LAYER 2: Beat and spread on cooled crust.

LAYER 3: Mix and put on top of LAYER 2.

Top with cool whip and nuts.
