Title: Pizzocheri Pasta Basic Recipe

Yield: 1 Servings

2 c Buckwheat flour
1 1/2 c Unbleached white flour
4 Jumbo eggs
1/2 tb Oil
1 pn Salt

Make pasta in regular way using well method.

Roll into sheets on thinnest setting and then cut sheets into horizontal
strips 1 inch thick. Cut across the strips in 2 inch intervals to yield 2
inch long and 1 inch tall strips. These are pizzocheri.

Yield: 4 servings
