Title: Polynesian Seafood Pasta Salad Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 pk (10 oz) multi-shaped pasta 3/4 c No fat mayonnaise 2 cn Manderine oranges drained, -reserving 1/3 c. juice 2 cn (4.25 oz) shrimp (I used -frozen), rinsed and drained 2 ts Soy sauce 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper 2 Cloves garlic, crushed 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 c Sliced green onions 1 tb Chipotle pepper powder -(cheyenne would work too) Directions: 1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Rinse iwth cold water, drain. 2. Mix together remaining ingredients, add to macaroni. 3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
