Title: Pomegranate Dressing

3/4 c Pomegranate juice
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
2 ts Fresh mint; chopped
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Salt

In jar with tight-fitting lid, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil, lemon
juice, fresh mint, dry mustard and salt. Cover and shake until well mixed.
