Title: Potato and Green Bean Salad

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2 lb Green beans; * see note
2 lg Potatoes; ** see note
2 Scallions; sliced
-----dressing-----
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb White wine vinegar
1 lg Clove; crushed
1 sm Red onion; sliced thin into
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper

* cut into 2-inch lengths, steamed ** cooked until just soft, peeled, cubed

Combine beans, potatoes, and scallions. In a separate bowl, combine
remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
