Title: Potatoes and Chicken Dijon Categories: Weight, Watchers Yield: 4 Servings 4 md Potato, Sliced 1/4" Thick 1 lb Chicken Breast Halves, Boned -And Skinned 1/4 c Barbecue Sauce, Honey Dijon 1 ts Dried Tarragon While potatoes cook, in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, toss and brown chicken over high heat for 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add barbeque sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through.
