6 oz Sherry wine vinegar
2 oz Lemon juice; fresh squeezed
TT kosher salt
TT black pepper

1. Combine all in a large bowl & whisk. 2. Season to taste

NOTES : Optimal serving temp is 55 degrees for the best flavor
