Title: Protein Drink Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Frozen juice, dole -pineapple, orange, banana, -etc. 2 Bananas (black spots on -skin) peeled and frozen in -freezer (the longer in -freezer the sweeter) 1/2 Cantalope (seeded) 1 Kiwi (peeled) Put juice in blender / break banana's into blender(two inch pcs) add keewie. blend on high untill smooth and frothy! Add: 4 to 5 scoops of mlo(brand name) all vegitable Protien . reblend on high for 1 minute. drink!!!! Note :contains approx 40 to 50 grams of protien from supplements! good Breakfast drink.
